This is my first time ordering and trying this Japanese noodles (Yakisoba). We had them for dinner and it tastes really good. It's almost like fresh authentic yakisoba. Next time will reorder 4 packs, coz i only got 2 the last.
I previously purchased this at a Japanese supermarket and it was delicious. I'm glad to see it available at Wee. The noodles are less likely to break and easier to handle than frozen noodles. I also like the Otafuku sauce. The expiration date is November of the same year.

This is super easy to use for stir-frying noodles; you only need this, no other seasonings are required.

So delicious I forgot to take a before photo. I used cheap maruchan noodles in a frying pan with way less water. Once the water evaporated I added this sauce. I went really basic this time so no cabbage. when it was done I topped it with aonori and kewpie mayo!
It's a must-have, I'll buy it again
Sauce is delicious with noodles or rice. Very suitable for stir-fries including stir-fried vegetables.
