The pumpkin was my favorite, but unfortunately it ruined the yam! It's so big, it can be eaten over several meals!
I steamed some rice and added a steamer basket, and also steamed some purple sweet potatoes and pumpkin. I ate a few pieces myself and mashed some for the dog – a great way to get lots of nutrients! There's still a lot left, so I'm planning to make salted egg yolk pumpkin strips and steamed pumpkin with pork ribs.
This is a very large pumpkin; it will last a long time.

The winter melon was very fresh, so I made winter melon, kelp, and meatball soup, and also added some dried scallops. It was so delicious it made my eyebrows fall off!
