I generally prefer brown rice for its healthy value, but I came across this Haiga rice on sale. I read some excellent reviews, so I thought I'd give it a shot, and now our family is thoroughly enjoying it. It's sticky, just like white rice.

At first glance, the color made me think it was brown rice, but the taste is actually quite good.
I was previously eating Nishiki White Rice but figured since I love rice so much I gotta find ways to eat it without feeling less guilty. So I thought about getting brown rice but I did some research about brown rice taking longer people just not liking the taste much. So this is my happy medium, cooks like white rice, tastes the same, just a little more colorful than flat out white but it makes it look tastier!
