I made sweet and sour pickled fresh ginger. The recipe is simple: blanch thinly sliced ginger in boiling water for 30 seconds, then heat the basic recipe (fresh ginger: 300ml, vinegar: 200ml, sugar: 4-6 tablespoons, salt: 1 teaspoon) until the sugar dissolves, then pour it over the sliced ginger in a jar. It's ready after 2-3 days of pickling. Homemade food is always good because you can eat it with peace of mind

When I received the ginger, it looked perfect, and I was going to make Three Cup Chicken. But when I took out a large piece of ginger to slice, the inside was already moldy and light orange, so I had to throw it away. It wasn't very noticeable from the front, but I could see black holes from the side where it had rotted. I hope you will remind the staff to pay attention to this. Thank you!
