I recently bought India Gate Basmati Rice, and I’m really satisfied with its quality. The grains are long, slender, and aromatic, and they cook up fluffy without sticking together. I used it for biryani and simple dal rice, and in both cases the texture and fragrance really stood out. It feels light to eat and doesn’t turn mushy even after cooking a larger batch. The aroma while cooking is especially noticeable and makes the whole kitchen smell great. Overall, I find it very reliable for everyday meals as well as special dishes, and I would definitely keep buying it again.
