Otafuku sauce never disappoints. I bought it in May and the expiration date is October of the following year, so I bought it while it was cheap and kept it in stock.

I thought Otafuku Sauce was an okonomiyaki sauce, so I didn't know they also made tonkatsu sauce, so this was my first purchase. It's a relatively light sauce, but has a fruity and mild flavor. I thought it was helpful that there were instructions on how to make tonkatsu on the back of the package.
