Delicious! I added some vegetables and mushrooms to the Baiji bun.
The taste is very authentic. You can add some vegetables, cilantro, or anything else you like while cooking.
It can be cooked in soup with fried tofu; the taste is superb. A lazy person's dream. Unfortunately, the offal is too tough and not suitable for elderly people with bad teeth to chew. They can only enjoy the soup.

The packaging instructions say: Put the whole package into a pot of hot water and boil for 8 minutes, then take it out, cut open the packaging, and put it in a bowl to eat. It's very hot when you take it out of the hot pot, so be careful.
