I stir-fried the vegetables first, then stir-fried the squid briefly over high heat, then mixed everything together and cooked it. It was just as delicious as restaurant food.

Delicious octopus I did rinse it to get rid of the somewhat fishey smells. I brined it with sake, salt, dashi stock, and baking soda to tenderize and moisturize. This one is worth buying when it's on sale next time.
