It had two octopus legs and was soaked in water for a long time so it wasn't salty at all. I prepared soy sauce, soy sauce & wasabi, salt & pepper & sesame oil sauce, and the sesame oil sauce went the best. It had a chewy texture and was delicious. I wish the price would go down a little.

The only downside is that there's a lot of octopus frozen together and I'll have to defrost them together and that's a lot of octopus for just one sitting.
A very large and fresh octopus is used to make octopus carpaccio. Looking forward to the results.

So good! Why spend so much eating out when you can purchase these ingredients yourself and make your own seaweed wrap goodness! We’ve ordered the sword numerous times and it’s always delicious. Add spicy mayo, a little of scallion and wrap it in seaweed!
