The pork kidneys were very tender and fresh, and they tasted delicious when stir-fried with ginger and scallions.
It weighs 2 lbs and has 4 waists; it's quite large. It looks very fresh.
Five pork kidneys, 2 pounds, make one small bowl after cooking, serving 2 people.

The pork loin is very thin and small. There is not much left after processing. Not worth buying
It's pretty good but it's a bit difficult to deal with the smell. I tried to remove the middle part that causes the unpleasant smell.

The portion is quite large, you can thaw it and portion it out to eat slowly.

Not bad. Turn it over and quickly remove any debris and lymph nodes (very few). Add salt and flour and rub it in. After rinsing, soak it in vinegar and pepper for about 10 minutes. How about that? Clean, right? The smell isn't too strong either.
