It's the same Pungsan kimchi, but I heard this is tastier than the canned one, so I bought it. I don't know why, but this is definitely tastier. It seems to have a deeper flavor than the canned one. It doesn't taste like salted seafood, but it's less sweet and tastes like fermented kimchi? Anyway, it's better.
The kimchi, fermented at low temperatures, tastes fresh and delicious. However, it arrived overripe.
