It relies purely on the Maillard reaction of sugar at high temperatures and the rapid expansion of baking powder to perfectly replicate the classic structure of a golden and crispy outer shell and a soft and chewy interior with large holes. The prices are much better than Asian markets, the produce is fresh and delivered intact. My family always buys vegetables from Wee. However, they don't ship fresh produce to Gofftown, which is very inconvenient. I was only able to place an order if I could get a relative in Manchester to help me, so I could have ordered more but couldn't.
