I pan-fry small rice cakes with eggs; they're soft, chewy, and less sweet. They taste even better if you use an air fryer. I buy several every New Year and pile them up at home.

Fried rice cakes are a must-have for Chinese New Year, and this one is made with simple ingredients: glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water! It's not too sweet and has a soft texture (unlike the ones sold at Costco, which are chewy...).
