I think this is better than the cold noodle version. The raw fish salad had a strong fishy smell with the cold version, but the seasoning seems to mask that odor in this one. It has a subtle sesame oil scent, which makes it delicious, and it wasn't as salty as I expected, so it was really tasty.

It seems like there's no cold noodle as good as this in the summer. The pickled radish inside is a little overcooked, so I think people will like it or not.
