First time ordering this. Hard to find nameko in the local grocery store. Looking forward to trying this.

In addition to using nameko mushrooms in miso soup, you can also put them on grated daikon radish and pour some noodle soup over them to make a snack for dad, or put them on udon noodles to make a favorite dish for kids.
I can't buy fresh nametake where I live, so this is my first time trying it I didn't know it was sold in cans

This is so hard to find on the mainland. We usually get them from Hawai’i. We were so excited to finally be able to get it here. It’s out of stock right now so I should’ve bought more ! But this is our favorite
I love these! They add a nice burst of flavor and nutrition to any dish without any work. Seen here as added to a rice kimchi bowl.
Delicious! Best on rice but I also eat them right out of the jar. Enoki mushrooms in a soy marinade.
