A Taiwanese friend wanted to try Shanghai mooncakes, so I bought a few of each flavor from Xinghualou to try. I think I'll just buy red bean paste and coconut paste next time. The lotus paste from Ronghua is still the best, but it's strange that lotus seeds are not only found in Jiangnan.
