These shells were flaky but a little pricier than the other brand we usually get.
The egg tart crust is sour. It smells sour when it is raw, and it tastes obviously sour when it is baked. I don't know if it is a problem with the recipe of the egg tart crust or it is not fresh. The same egg tart liquid baked with another brand of egg tart crust does not have this problem.
