You can tell how good it is just by looking at the fact that I’ve already finished half the jar! It’s definitely worth buying, and I’ll be repurchasing it over and over again. The flavor is perfectly balanced, and the bamboo shoots have such a fragrant aroma. It’s delicious on its own, but paired with noodles, it’s absolutely addictive!
It's not very spicy, but it's crispy and delicious with rice.

The bamboo shoots were okay, they had the characteristic smell of pickled bamboo shoots, not very crispy, I bought them to eat with noodles.
