It's incredibly delicious, retaining its crisp texture even after thawing! I'm so happy to be able to eat wakame seaweed for the first time in America!
During delivery, the packaging seemed to tear easily, and a considerable amount of the liquid inside leaked out.
This wakame seaweed is very delicious.
This was my first time buying it, and it was delicious.
A repeat purchase. Since it can be frozen and stored, I stock up on it when it's on sale. I eat it in various ways: as is, as a topping for cold soba noodles, or even mixed with natto (fermented soybeans) (see photo).
The crunchy texture is okay.
This was my first purchase. It was delicious.
It arrived frozen

I really like this fluffy texture, but it's a bit pricey.

Delicious authentic fish cake
Perfect as is or with oden dishes
I bought this to make Datemaki. It was delicious!
Great for nabe
This is my first time buying it. I'm looking forward to eating it!
It was a little expensive, but I bought it to use in making datemaki.
I made spring rolls with shrimp, fish cake, and shiso. They can be frozen and are great when you want a side dish.
I bought this to put in oden. It's a little thinner than I thought it would be.

It's a very small package. I don't know if it tastes good.
Very tasty
Fried and dipped in sauce. Very nice subtile flavor, would also be nice in a hot pot.
These fishcakes have a nice chewy texture with a satisfying seafood flavor. They hold up well in soups, noodles, and hot pots without falling apart. I like that they absorb the broth while still staying springy and flavorful. Easy to prepare and a great freezer staple when I want to add extra protein and texture to a meal.
This is so good and I keep in stuck all time
They're bite-sized. They'd be perfect for a bento box.
The fish cakes I ate in America were so delicious... Based on reviews, I enjoyed them by quickly grilling them and eating them with ginger soy sauce, or adding them to udon noodles. Next time, I'd like to try different flavors.
This photo shows it halfway through being poured into the frying pan, but you can just lightly fry it with soy sauce and eat it right away! It's delicious.
