I generally prefer brown rice for its healthy value, but I came across this Haiga rice on sale. I read some excellent reviews, so I thought I'd give it a shot, and now our family is thoroughly enjoying it. It's sticky, just like white rice.

So this is my happy medium, cooks like white rice, tastes the same, just a little more colorful than flat out white but it makes it look tastier!
