Matcha cake, texture is just right and tasty.
It wasn't too sweet and the cream tasted just like a Japanese roll cake! My kids, who don't like American sweets because they're too sweet, were delighted!
These are fluffy and not very sweet, but I wish there was more matcha or green tea flavor. The green is vibrant, and so I expected a fairly decent green tea flavor, but it's not there at all.
