Love this soups, my son is 5 and he is a picky eater but he loves miso ever since we visited Japan. Homemade ramyun!
This miso isn't salty. I cooked a very small pot, enough for only two bowls, and was worried it would be too salty, but after seasoning it several times, the taste remained mild. So, you don't have to worry about your soup being too salty when buying this type.
