ok. ready for sushi party. I have all ingredients and found out this one was missing. I know how to mix basic sushisu....but when do the huge amount this is easier to use and no adjustment needed for salt and sugar amounts.

This is just regular rice vinegar. However, this time, even though I hadn't opened the lid, I could smell vinegar from the moment I removed the bubble wrap. The bottle felt wet with vinegar when I touched it. I think it arrived cracked. Unfortunately, I will have to discard it. I would like a refund.
