I like Baijia's mapo tofu seasoning
It is very convenient to cook. There are two small packets in it. One small packet can make a lot.
Best mapo tofu mix I’ve had. It’s the only one that captures just the right amount of the Sichuan peppercorn flavor. Perfectly balanced, not overwhelmingly numbing nor spicy.

My family has always used this brand of seasoning! It tastes authentic! The price is reasonable! And the tofu made with it tastes delicious!
The best mapo tofu seasoning ever!
The most authentic seasoning for making homemade Mapo Tofu; anyone with hands can make absolutely delicious Mapo Tofu.
You can enjoy authentic Mapo Tofu here!
One bag makes enough to make one box of tofu, so the rest can be stored in small jars in the refrigerator. One bag can make at least three servings of tofu; using all of them would make the flavor too strong. The taste is excellent, spicy and savory, and it can also be used as a base for spicy hot pot.
This is my second repeat purchase. I used to use a different brand, but this one is authentic, spicy, and delicious, so I'll stick with this one from now on.
Good Family's Mapo Tofu sauce is especially fragrant and perfectly seasoned; you don't need to add any other seasonings besides Sichuan peppercorn powder.
The sauce is delicious! It tastes just right after adding a little more Dashida and allulose. I'm planning to repurchase it.
This seasoning has an exceptionally delicious flavor and is very affordable! Definitely worth having.
Less volume than the boxed brand but it’s more concentrated by far. Heavy bean flavor and quite spicy. You have to add water in the middle, bring to boil, and then thicken with a little cornstarch (or flour) slurry. I use ground turkey marinated a little in soy sauce to make it taste meatier, and a splash of frozen peas. I added my own schezchuan peppercorns but I suspect I don’t have to, because I get a perfectly light amount of numbness which I didn’t get in the boxed brand. I’d say this is super authentic and better than the boxed brand if you can take some heat.
