This time, I marinated the duck legs with fried salt and peppercorns and refrigerated them for two days. Then I boiled water, added spices, onions, ginger, and cooking wine, put the duck legs in, brought to a boil, turned off the heat and simmered for 20 minutes. I repeated this three times. After eating it, my family said it tasted good. Next time I will buy a whole duck and make it again.

I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance.
