Dried bamboo shoots cooked with duck noodle soup are very delicious.
The dry bamboo shoots are very well easy to cook and when I took it out of the bag it was very big size and that was the great thing I was looking for but the little thing that I don’t think that it’s right for me was that the dry bamboo shoot was actually around less but they are in big size which can be a great thing but not enough and also this bag was very well and smooth color with it and that was very simple yet also creative.
I used it to make delicious bamboo shoot noodle soup. The bamboo shoots weren't bitter and weren't tough.

It was black, it looked moldy, I still washed it and boiled it many times. It didn't smell like bamboo shoots after cooking, so I ate it. Now I'm afraid of food poisoning.

My family loves to eat braised meat, add some tofu, bean curd skin, eggs and bamboo shoots to easily solve the problem of the week

Very sweet and refreshing. Consider buying again
Cook yuba, dried bamboo shoots, shredded ginger, and Mexican peppers in one pot. It tastes good. The slow cooker needs to cook for 30 minutes. Dried bamboo shoots follow the instructions on the Chu Li like it very much
I followed the directions on the packaging that said to soak the shreds and throughly washed them. Despite this, they had a very off-putting chemical preservative smell and aftertaste that ruined the meal I added them to.
I bought a stewed pork trotter with bamboo shoots!

It's great for making braised pork! Although it doesn't have much bamboo shoot flavor, it's still pretty good.

Very fresh! I'll definitely buy it again!!
It's a pretty big bag. This is my first time buying it. It's not easy to seal and store properly. I haven't eaten it yet, but I hope it tastes good.
A frequently purchased item; good quality with no strange taste; quick to cook; a fast and easy dish.
Stir-fry these bamboo shoots with red fermented rice wine, add pork belly and sauté until fragrant and the oil is rendered, then add dried chili peppers and dried Sichuan peppercorns. It's incredibly delicious and goes perfectly with rice.

I've bought it multiple times; it's delicious paired with braised pork ribs.
No smell and clean. Added coconut milk and spinach.

It's so great to have bought authentic bamboo shoots in the US! I made bamboo shoot and winter melon soup, and it was a long-awaited taste of home-cooked food.
Tianmu Mountain premium dried bamboo shoots are of exceptional quality. The shoots are whole and long, with very few broken pieces or fragments. They are consistently dry, free from dampness and mold, and have a natural, tender yellow color, indicating freshly sun-dried quality. The ingredients are thoroughly cleaned, free of dirt and impurities, requiring no repeated rinsing and greatly reducing the hassle of pre-cooking. They rehydrate quickly with a high rehydration rate; a small amount of dried bamboo shoots yields a large quantity of flesh, making them excellent value. After rehydration, the bamboo shoot flesh is crisp, tender, and thick, with fine, soft fibers, free of tough, coarse fibers. The roots are also free of hard lumps, making the entire shoot edible. They are crisp and refreshing, with a natural wild bamboo shoot aroma, a clean and sweet aftertaste, and no bitterness or unpleasant odors, highlighting the natural flavor of the bamboo shoot. They can be cooked in a variety of ways: in soups, they can balance the greasiness of meat, creating a clear and sweet broth; in stir-fries with sliced meat or green peppers, they offer a crisp and refreshing texture, greatly enriching the flavor profile of the dish. Suitable for everyday home cooking and work lunches. The only drawback is that dried goods need to be soaked in advance and are not suitable for immediate stir-frying, but they have a fresh and natural taste and are a high-quality ingredient for enhancing the flavor of food at home.
I suddenly came across dried bamboo shoots on a social media page, and they looked great in the pictures, so I immediately placed an order! I wasn't disappointed when I received them; they looked very fresh. After soaking them in water for a while, I made a delicious and flavorful duck and vermicelli soup! Definitely worth buying!
The packaging is excellent. With the weather getting warmer, buying some winter melon and bamboo shoots to make soup is especially delicious and flavorful.
Braised duck with dried bamboo shoots – the best!
I waited so long to buy these dried bamboo shoots. I made a delicious duck soup with them!
The packaging for this flat-topped bamboo shoot has changed; it seems to have less product than before.
It was used to make bamboo shoot and old duck soup, and it was incredibly delicious!
Tianmu Mountain flat bamboo shoots are an essential ingredient in my soups. With them, I basically don't need to add salt. The soup is fresh, the bamboo shoots are tender, and the flavor is delicious! I put the outer bamboo basket packaging into a small potted plant and hung it on the wall—it's quite a beautiful sight! :)

I'm from Shanghai, and I miss my grandma's braised pork with dried bamboo shoots
My favorite bamboo shoots...
Lam Sheng Kee bamboo shoots are packaged in 400g vacuum-sealed bags, preserving their freshness and natural color. When opened, the bamboo shoots don't have a strong, unpleasant odor. I often use these bamboo shoots to cook duck stew or stir-fry chicken gizzards. A little tip: before cooking, blanch them briefly with a little salt to make them crispier and sweeter. What I like most is that the young bamboo shoots are crunchy and not fibrous. However, the amount of water in the bag is a bit high, so the actual amount of bamboo shoots is slightly less than what it looks like.
I've bought it many times; it's quite delicious.
First time buying. Looks pretty good
I'll definitely buy these dried bamboo shoots again and again. They're clean, easy to cook, and delicious whether stir-fried or boiled.
Delicious and inexpensive, it's even more cost-effective to add your own toppings when cooking instant noodles and snail rice noodles.
I just received it today, haven't tried it yet.
These dried bamboo shoots are very good, very tender. They're delicious stir-fried, served cold, or braised with meat.
Great for stir-frying or hot pot; I've bought it multiple times.
