When I was in Vietnam, I often used this type of fermented fish sauce. Adding garlic, chili, and other spices makes it incredibly delicious. It's perfect for making shrimp and pig ear noodle soup with fermented fish sauce!
The fermented fish sauce is delicious, and boiled meat wrapped in rice paper is absolutely amazing.
