Malabar spinach leaves are a deep green color Tender and refreshing, with a slightly crunchy texture similar to wood ear mushrooms when chewed Malabar spinach is extremely high in calcium (a recognized "nutritional superstar"). A simple garlic stir-fry of Malabar spinach: Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, add Malabar spinach and stir-fry over high heat until softened, then add salt and it's ready to serve

The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
