I've never tried this flavor of snail rice noodles before.
I bought a few packs because they were on sale. They're spicy, but not very spicy.
I prefer the spicy flavor, and the pickled bamboo shoots taste even better.
The flavor is on the strong side, but it's not super spicy or numbing. I'll probably still mainly eat the original tomato flavor.
I bought it out of curiosity, and if it tastes good, I plan to repurchase it.
Luosifen (river snail rice noodles) is my favorite.

Absolutely delicious!! Though don't be fooled by the "4 servings" on the back, this realistically only makes one large soup, I added an extra cup of water with more rice vinegar to make it go further and it was perfect!

The taste was good, but I felt it would be better to buy shiitake mushrooms and add them to the original flavor. The protein bars that came with it tasted strange.
