Shanghai Bok Choy Sum 2lb was very fresh and crisp when it arrived. The leaves were tender and had a nice mild flavor. It cooked quickly and tasted great in stir-fry and soup. The 2lb pack was a good amount for several meals. This is a healthy vegetable that would definitely be purchased again.

Very large and extremely fresh! The package is well sealed and as you can see from the picture it is extremely green and fresh, the stems are fresh and not mushy.
