Surprisingly delicious. Each squid has roe sac inside so be careful when removing the clear spine if you want to keep it. Also to keep the ink sac to cook in the sauce. Cooked them adobo style and it’s absolutely delicious.
Celery stir-fried with golden sand is very delicious.
