The noodles are delicious! They have a slightly pungent smell, but they're very tasty. I'm addicted to that smell. However, if you can't handle spicy food, just add less chili oil.

The broth is rich and flavorful, the rice noodles are chewy and delicious, and the tangy and spicy flavor is addictive.
This bowl of luosifen is incredibly authentic. The thick bone broth carries distinctive sour, spicy and savory notes, paired with chewy rice noodles and abundant toppings. Moderate spiciness leaves a lingering tasty flavor, I constantly stock this for daily meals.
The yellow portion is better than the purple portion.
The larger portion size includes more ingredients... Add some vegetables and eggs for a simple meal...

I've always bought Luobawang snail rice noodles before, but I ate Haohuanluo snail rice noodles many, many years ago and they were also very delicious. I'll try them out this time.
