Ever since I tried this product, I only eat this. It's really delicious. I think the broth flavor is deeper than mala, so I think buying this and adding mala oil separately would be a good idea!

delicious! the perfect balance of umami and spice. flavors all of the hotpot ingredients very well. heavy on the peppercorns so if you have a low tolerance for spice, be careful.

As a person from Northeast China, I cannot eat spicy hot pot base, so I prefer Xiao Fei Yang.
soup base good basic tomato flavor gonna add to my regular rotation what I used in this hot pot was radishes, bok choy, cabbage, beef, wild caught shrimp, and a ramen style noodle
