I bought another Little Sheep Wagyu beef hot pot slice last time and it was pretty good, so I'm trying this one instead.
I usually buy lamb, but this was my first time trying beef! Although it was a bit pricey, it was totally worth it – not as fatty as beef in the US and incredibly flavorful.

delicious! the perfect balance of umami and spice. flavors all of the hotpot ingredients very well. heavy on the peppercorns so if you have a low tolerance for spice, be careful.
