These chive/leeks pancakes are pretty good. The instructions said to put them in a toaster and toast them like a pop tart. I don’t own a toaster anymore so I used my air fryer. Came out pretty good. It’s slightly drier than the chive pancakes that you pan fry. I would order again.
The sumptuous breakfast was all ordered by weee! Chive pancake omelette, persimmon, Xinye Bingxin roasted sweet potato, except Fuhang soybean milk are all repurchased items, convenient and delicious!

This is perfect for a solo lunch. Cooking it in an air fryer made it crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and it was delicious.

Forgot to take a picture until I was half way done. This is not a traditional scallion pancake. It’s about half an inch thick. The texture is in between toast and bread. The flavor is good with subtle taste of salt and scallion.
