This is a very tasty and good soy sauce that gives any and all dishes it is made with a good extra bit of kick without overpowering the flavor and also the style of the dish. I happen to like it as well because it is reduced sodium and I can have it for dishes as I happen to be a type 2 diabetic. It was extremely tasty in a stir fry dish.
