I like to add soybean paste when I braise beef.
This is my first time buying this sauce. I used to buy Liubiju, but it was out of stock, so I bought this one to try.
It's a very large bottle, about 500 grams, and tastes great.
The color is much lighter than Haitian's, and the taste is still unknown; we'll have to wait and see.
Soybean paste, smooth tofu, and minced meat stew—it's so delicious!
I love the savory flavor of this sauce; it's a big jar and will last me a while. If you're not going to finish it quickly, seal the jar with plastic wrap to prevent the cap from corroding and rusting.
