The sausage looked delicious when opened, and it arrived still frozen and in good condition.
Each piece of lard looks beautiful, unlike the ones sold in supermarkets which look nice on the outside but have random bits and pieces inside. They're excellent, and there's no bad smell.

I want to make lard, but there is almost no way to avoid it. I can only make pig skin jelly.
The fatter meat of pork fat with skin is used together with minced meat to make buns. The minced meat is delicious
