This is my first time buying this lamb chop, and it's a bit fatty. I just pan-fried two slices, but since you pan-fry it, you don't need to add oil. Then add some barbecue seasoning, and the taste is amazing.

It's alright, a bit crumbly, but tastes okay. It's a bit fatty.

They look good, with both fat and lean parts.

Meat was very fresh,tender and tasty. I cooked Indian style lamb curry. But the fat percentage is a bit much. Other than that its fine.
