It's alright, a bit crumbly, but tastes okay. It's a bit fatty.
Braised mutton with radish, cooked for an hour and a half, too much soy sauce was added.
They look good, with both fat and lean parts.
Air fryer roasted lamb, sprinkled with cumin and chili.

It looks whole, but it contains a lot of minced meat, oil and tendons. I originally wanted to slice it, but ended up having to braise it.
