It's alright, a bit crumbly, but tastes okay. It's a bit fatty.
Braised mutton with radish, cooked for an hour and a half, too much soy sauce was added.
They look good, with both fat and lean parts.
Air fryer roasted lamb, sprinkled with cumin and chili.

I bought two bags, and they were both full of fatty meat. They won't even offer after-sales service. Be careful when buying from them!
