Actually, I wanted to buy oligosaccharide, but they didn't have it, so I bought corn syrup instead haha. I added it to stir-fried dried squid strips in soy sauce, and the texture is nice and it turned out delicious~
It is always essential at the final stage when braising..

Cooking syrup is the best for Korean cooking. Honey is too strong and needs to be mixed with water, so I use Baekseol Cooking Syrup.
