The pears arrived in good condition. However, they were rougher in texture than I expected, and the children didn't like them. The taste was okay. Varieties like Akizuki might have a better texture.

You absolutely need to use pears to make kimchi; they have a natural sweetness.

None of them were edible; they tasted weird, so I threw them all away! Weee has never disappointed before, but this time the mini baby pumpkins and pears were both disappointing.
