easy and quick to make 짜장 sauce
I bought this because the reviews were good, and it tastes better than store-bought Jjajang. I didn't add sugar; instead, I caramelized the onions and added pork, cabbage, potatoes, and pumpkin. I'm going to add half a spoonful of garlic and make Jjajangmyeon using spaghetti noodles. I will repurchase this.
Maybe it's because they said they roasted it themselves, but it has a great flavor, haha.
I made Jjajang Tteokbokki for the kids. It's solid, so it's easy to use.
Similar to cooking curry bricks, it's super simple; two bricks are just right for four people.

Sometimes I crave jajangmyeon, so I buy it and make it. It doesn't have a special taste, but it tastes a bit like old-fashioned jajangmyeon? Should I say it goes better with kimchi than danmuji? I boil the noodles first, drain the water, and then add the sauce to the same pot and simmer it slightly over low heat before eating. I like to add a little red pepper powder. Those who eat a lot might feel that one serving is too small...? I was fine because I could finish it all before getting full. But the problem is... After eating it, my blood sugar spikes lol. I have to take a nap... Eat it on the weekend...
