Shibazizuo is a must-have brand in every household in Guangdong. One knife can be used for more than 10 years. It can smash garlic, chop bones and meat, slice and remove tendons with one knife, without any problem.
The knife is nice and sharp, it's OK to cut chicken and duck. But it's still not good enough to cut big pork bones.
