This is my first time buying this, I don't know if it tastes good.
The quality is good, but unfortunately it's not quite what I imagined candied hawthorns to be like
They aii , I’ll say 6/10. They on the sour side , won’t be purchasing these again
You call this candied hawthorn? In northern China, people would be burned at the stake.
The outside is coated in a crispy, sweet sugary coating, while the inside is sour—I don't know what fruit it's made from. Quite delicious.
The candy tastes good, but it's a bit hard.
It's so small, it doesn't need to be frozen.
Every time I see candied hawthorns in period dramas on TV, I really want to try them, so I buy some to test them out. The packaging doesn't contain any wood chips, and the manufacturing date is on the packaging, so they're not expired. The candied hawthorns are crispy, sweet and sour, and quite delicious. I bought them for my kids during the Chinese New Year so they could experience a Chinese tradition.
Yimeng Commune's candied hawthorn berries are sweet and sour, and delicious.
The first time I tried it, it didn't seem to suit my taste. It had a slightly sour taste, a sugar coating, and some kind of smell that I can't identify.
