Just like the reviews said, there is a lot of fat, and even after marinating it in sauce for a day, it isn't tender and is a bit tough.

It's a bit sweet but the portion is quite large. Add onions, enoki mushrooms and a spoonful of Korean hot sauce. The taste is OK.
So tasty. I added carrots and onions to the marinated meat and had it together with some lettuce.

The fat and lean meat look just right; it's perfect for stir-frying or making sauerkraut and pork belly.
It was really thin, so I thought it would be hard to grill like frozen pork belly, so I made spicy stir-fried pork and slurped it up.
When I went to eat it a week after purchasing it, I found it was all fat. I absolutely couldn't eat it, so I threw it away. That's really bad.
Great for making spicy pork stir-fry, and the condition is always good lol.

Very easy to grill
It was my first time trying this marinated short ribs. I'm glad that I did, and order 2. It was really tender meat and perfectly marinated. I didn't add anything at all.
This is super easy to make! The pickled taste is Korean and sweet. If you want to change it, you can pickle it yourself for a while. It tastes very good.
