It's udon in the style of the Saengsaeng Udon I used to eat in Korea! It brings back nostalgic memories, so I missed it even more!! lol It's so easy to cook, even easier than ramen! Thanks to you, I really enjoyed the meal :)

It's for 2 people. It's easy to boil and eat when you're in a hurry. The taste is the same as the katsuo udon you know.

Lovely soup base but the noodles aren’t as nice.
Love it! Added more dried seaweed and Katsuobushi with a little bit of red pepper powder for a spicy kick.
