Just like the reviews said, there is a lot of fat, and even after marinating it in sauce for a day, it isn't tender and is a bit tough.

This is my second time ordering this. I dont have an Oriental store near me and when I found this on my first order I knew I had to go back and re-purchase. Bottle size is great and perfect for what your are going to marinate it with. The first time I used chicken and this time I used it with short ribs. Awesome
