It's very fresh and delicious. I separated the leaves and stems, boiled them for about 2 minutes, cooled them in cold water, then finely chopped them and mixed them with mentsuyu (noodle dipping sauce) and bonito flakes. The sticky texture goes well with rice, tofu, and somen noodles.
